European Water Efficiency, there are currently two voluntary EU programs -

WELL label is a water efficiency and rating label using a format to allow a classification to energy usage, a comfort rating, show flow volume and noise behaviour of fitting and products.

Water Label is a label using a simpler format with classification to water usage by showing flow volume , it may also show an energy usage value for relevant products.
